Jessica R. Biggs
was appointed to the Board in November 2024 as a representative with experience in property and casualty insurance. She has nearly 30 years of industry experience working on both the agency and the carrier sides of the insurance marketplace. She is currently the Environmental Practice Leader at Hylant, where she has worked in the property and casualty space for the past 12 years. Her primary responsibilities include working with clients and prospects on pollution risk identification and the development of strategic coverage solutions; cultivating strong working relationships with environmental carrier leaders and underwriters; possessing a deep working knowledge of the unique coverages available in this space; and driving environmental content and educational materials for internal and external distribution.

Ms. Biggs earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental geography from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio and a master’s degree from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
